Trutrolley.com Seller Terms & Conditions establish the legal agreement between TruTrolley (Pune, Maharashtra) and registered sellers listing products like toys, electronics, jewelry, and apparel. By completing registration and clicking "Accept," sellers agree to these binding terms, compliant with India's Consumer Protection Act 2019, GST laws, and IT Rules 2021. Effective: February 3, 2026.
Sellers must be 18+, GST-registered (provide valid GSTIN/PAN), and legally operate in India. Accounts are non-transferable; TruTrolley reserves approval/termination rights for fraud, non-compliance, or prohibited items (counterfeits, hazmat). Maintain accurate business details; notify changes within 7 days.
Use dashboard solely for approved business activities—no spam, false listings, or competitor scraping. Listings require accurate HSN codes, images (original/AI-generated per policy), pricing (incl. GST), weights, and stock levels. Max 50 initial listings; TruTrolley reviews/rejects non-compliant items within 24 hours. Prohibited: Dropshipping without proof, adult content, or illegal goods.
10-15% commission per sale (e.g., 12% electronics, 10% apparel), deducted automatically. Monthly payouts on 10th via NEFT/UPI (min ₹5,000 threshold). Holds for disputes/returns up to 30 days. Late dispatch penalties: 2% per order. No refunds on commissions. [ from context]

Sellers grant TruTrolley non-exclusive license to use listing content for marketing/display. Respect third-party IP; report infringements.
