1. General Information

  • TruTrolley wants you to be satisfied with every purchase.

  • This policy applies to all orders placed through www.trutrolley.com.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a return within [7–15 days]* of delivery for electronics and jewellery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, tags and certificates, plus a valid order ID/invoice.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.

  • Items without original packaging, missing parts, or tampered serial numbers.

  • Personalised, engraved, resized or custom‑made jewellery.

  • Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance” or “Non‑returnable”.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software or digital products.

4. Electronics – Special Conditions

  • No physical damage, burns, cracks or liquid damage.

  • All original accessories and box must be returned.

  • Manufacturing issues after the return window are handled under brand/manufacturer warranty where applicable.

  • DOA (dead on arrival) issues must be reported within [24–48 hours] of delivery, preferably with photos/videos.

5. Jewellery – Special Conditions

  • Jewellery must be unworn, untampered and free from scratches or signs of use.

  • All tags, boxes, pouches and certificates must be included.

  • Custom sizing, engraving or made‑to‑order pieces are returnable only if received damaged or defective.

6. Return Process

  1. Email [support@trutrolley.com] or raise a request in your TruTrolley account with order ID, items and reason (plus photos/video for damaged/defective products).

  2. Our team reviews the request and shares approval plus a Return ID and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging and write the Return ID clearly on the package.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to TruTrolley’s error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective on arrival), TruTrolley will bear or reimburse return shipping.

  • For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, etc., the customer pays return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are normally non‑refundable unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise.

8. Inspection & Approval

  • Once TruTrolley receives the returned product, inspection takes [3–7 business days].

  • You are informed by email if the return is approved, partially approved or rejected, with reasons.

9. Refunds & Store Credits

  • On approval, TruTrolley processes a refund to the original payment method or issues store credit, as chosen in your request.

  • Refunds usually take [5–10 business days] after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the returned product shows use, damage or missing parts, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

10. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You may request an exchange for a different size/colour or a replacement for a defective/damaged item.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, TruTrolley may offer an alternative product, store credit or refund.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting TruTrolley support.

  • Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

  • Custom or made‑to‑order products may not be cancellable after 24 hours of placing the order.

12. Policy Updates

  • TruTrolley reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

  • Changes apply to future orders and will be posted on www.trutrolley.com.
