This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.trutrolley.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders received after [5:00 PM] will be processed on the next business day.
During sale or high‑volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer; any major delays will be communicated by email/SMS.
TruTrolley currently ships to all major pin codes within India.
If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.
You can customise this as per your pricing:
Standard Shipping (Electronics & Jewellery)
Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight/pincode.
Express Shipping (Selected pin codes only)
Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Charges: Visible at checkout.
Free Shipping
Visible at checkout.
COD is available on eligible products and pin codes.
A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Repeated COD order refusals may lead to restriction of COD facility for that customer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the courier name and tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the link provided or via the “My Orders” section on www.trutrolley.com.
Our courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts at the shipping address provided.
If the package is not accepted or cannot be delivered, it may be returned to TruTrolley and the order may be cancelled.
In such cases, original shipping and COD charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and reachable phone number.
TruTrolley is not liable for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect/incomplete details.
If a reshipment is requested after a return due to wrong address, additional shipping charges will apply.
All electronics and jewellery products are packed securely in tamper‑evident packaging.
High‑value shipments may be insured at our discretion; any visible tampering should be reported immediately to the delivery person and to our support team.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals, or local restrictions.
TruTrolley is not liable for such delays but will support you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier.
If the outer package looks open, damaged or tampered, please:
Refuse to accept the delivery, and
Inform us within 24 hours at [support@trutrolley.com] with order ID and photos.
For items received in damaged condition or with missing products, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos so we can investigate with the courier.
Resolution may include replacement, refund, or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.
At present, TruTrolley does not offer international shipping.
